Members should not use trademarks, logos, or other branding belonging to others without permission. This includes, but is not limited to, company names, product names, and logos.

Patents

Members should not infringe on the patents of others. This includes, but is not limited to, creating products or processes that use patented technology without permission.

Reporting Infringements

If you believe that someone has infringed upon your intellectual property rights, please report it to us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action as necessary.

Consequences of Infringements

Members who infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others may face the consequences, including but not limited to, warnings, temporary or permanent suspension of their account, and legal action.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates intellectual property rights or these guidelines. We may also terminate the accounts of members who repeatedly violate these guidelines.
