Why Heyday asks to add my email address or mobile phone number to my account and how will they be used?

When you add an email address or mobile phone number to your Heyday account, we may use them for purposes like:

Helping you log in. If you forget your password, you'll need an updated mobile number or email address to reset it.
Sending you text messages (SMS) or email notifications for updates about recent activity on your account.
To contact you. Heyday may send SMS messages to send you information about your account (e.g., suspicious account activity alerts, unopened Chats, pending friend requests, and more), updates about Heyday features and services, and other useful info
To help you and your friends find each other.

Note: You can opt out of all text message (SMS) and email notifications at any time (except those relating to your account’s security).
